Responsibilities
- Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Establishes appropriate care plans
- Assists with discharge planning
- Provides patient education
- Ensures documentation of all activities
- Collaborates with patients and families to optimize therapy outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure in Colorado
- At least 2 years of experience
- Critical thinking and decisive judgment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
