Occupational Therapist - Travel (Outpatient & Inpatient)

About the role

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for assessing and providing rehabilitation services to patients requiring occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans
• Deliver skilled interventions based on physician orders
• Evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet therapeutic goals
• Conduct patient assessments
• Establish treatment goals
• Modify care plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Pass the NBCOT exam
• Hold or be in the process of obtaining current state licensure
• CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of professional experience
