Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop therapy plans and discharge strategies
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in medical records
• Support safe mobility practices during therapy sessions

Schedule

Work 40 hours per week with 10‑hour shifts.
