Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Assignment details

• Acute care OT department supporting acute care patients throughout the hospital
• Experience includes physician-ordered care for medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; schedule varies: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks
• Holiday requirement: 1 summer holiday
• Charting system: Cerner

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is required to start the assignment
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• Required AHA BLS
• GA licensed OT
