Responsibilities

• Organize and implement rehabilitation plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Valid, unencumbered state license
• Willingness to travel and reside temporarily in various locations
