Occupational Therapist: Siloam Springs

About the role

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate students with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory, and physical challenges. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' educational goals. - Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the school environment. - Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student participation and success. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and IEP development. - Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and classroom strategies to improve student access and independence. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements. - Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional school participation skills.

Requirements

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program - Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain) - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Passion for working with children and helping students succeed in the educational environment

Qualifications

- School-based experience preferred but not required
