Role Overview
Seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Registered to provide exceptional occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate residents' physical and cognitive conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document progress and update treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license.
- Experience in a long-term care or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
