Role Overview
Seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Registered to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate residents' physical and cognitive conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.
- Document progress and update treatment strategies.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
- Experience in clinical or long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
