Occupational Therapist-PRN-Crestview
Job Summary
Grady Health System is seeking a PRN / Pool Occupational Therapist (OT) to support the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services across inpatient and related care settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who value schedule flexibility while continuing to work with medically complex rehabilitation patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and therapeutic interventions for assigned patient populations
- Deliver patient-centered treatment for individuals with complex medical and functional rehabilitation needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, progress, and clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Provide PRN / Pool coverage across designated service areas as departmental needs require
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) or the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Licensed or license-eligible as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Georgia, with Georgia licensure required by the start date of employment
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical occupational therapy experience
- Clearly defined clinical expertise developed through professional experience and/or advanced certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital or academic medical center
