About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-on-one pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Develop and implement customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to carry over skills and exercises into daily life.
  • Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with children (birth to age 21).
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
