Occupational Therapist - Per Diem - East Campus - 140158
Per Diem position at 20% appointment percentage, with variable 8-hour day shifts at East Campus Medical Center (Alvarado Road).
About the Role
Responsible for occupational therapy patient service delivery, including evaluation and treatment of routine and complex patients, complete required documentation, and communicates patient information across the continuum of care. Participates in training and program development and represents the department to the medical and general community.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy.
- Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state of California.
- BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
- At least one year of Inpatient Occupational Therapist experience working in a hospital setting is preferred.
Special Conditions
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- May flex and float between sites as needed.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Pay
Hiring Pay Scale: $64.41 - $71.42 per hour.
Annual Full Pay Range: $141,211 - $156,579 (prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%). Hourly Equivalent: $67.63 - $74.99.
