OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - PER DIEM

About the role

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PER DIEM Occupational Therapist to join their team in delivering excellent patient care in a home health setting, offering autonomy to develop individualized care plans and provide one‑on‑one support in a supportive, old‑fashioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in home health settings.
• Exercise clinical skills to develop and implement the best care plan for each patient.
• Deliver one‑on‑one care and spend individualized time with patients.
• Maintain a supportive, patient‑first approach while working autonomously.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle (possible fleet care availability).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
