The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy services for inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and long-term care residents. Key Responsibilities Providing therapy services in compliance with American Occupational Therapy Association guidelinesCollaborating with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive careEnsuring services meet federal and state regulatory standards Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Occupational TherapyAlaska Occupational Therapist Licenses or Permits upon hireBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart AssociationPreferred: at least 2 years of experience in a subspecialty Ideal Candidate Traits: Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to standards of care.
