About the Role

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Parker clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Schedule

Full-time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available.

  • Full-time schedules: Monday-Friday, optional Saturdays. 4-10s and 4-8s schedules available.
  • Part-time/PRN schedules: Flexible and based on clinic needs.

Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay

  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time (terms and conditions apply).
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-time / PRN (terms and conditions apply).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care.
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time.

Requirements

  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered.
  • Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists.
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date.
