Role Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans addressing daily living skills, work-related skills, and overall quality of life.
- Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Monitor and document clients’ progress, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Support and guide clients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience in a mental health or partial hospital setting required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience with Adolescents and Adults preferred.

Pay Range
$40 USD - $65 USD
