Occupational Therapist - Part-time

About the role

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join their supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure as an Occupational Therapist or obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care facilities.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

State range $40 to $48 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available, typically 20 - 29 hours per week.
