Responsibilities

• Assess and address physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and sensory aspects affecting performance and participation.
• Promote health and wellness by delivering tailored interventions to individuals or groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver direct patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers for continued care post-discharge.
• Participate in consultative services within the organization and community.
• Contribute to ongoing professional growth and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate clearly.
