Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy care
• Evaluate, develop, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress in the EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR/First Aid certification required

$45/hr

Schedule

Part-time: 16–24 hours/week, consistent schedule; full-time opportunities also available.
