About the role

A Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provides occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
  • Documents patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
  • Participates in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day/Variable shift.
