Occupational Therapist / OTR / OT / PRN

About the role

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for a consistent PRN position in a Blanchester, OH Skilled Nursing Facility. Primary PRN schedule: 15-20 hours per week, 2-3 days. Premium rate offered for full coverage. We are also hiring for as-needed PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life.
• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.

Requirements

• Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Occupational Therapist (OT) degree required (Master's or Doctorate).
