Occupational Therapist (OTR,OT) New Port Richey, FL 34654 : Outpatient Therapy- Part B in Home Setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience and/or Education: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist
• Must have Hoyer lift training and able to train others
