Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience and/or Education: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively Licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist
- Must have Hoyer lift training and able to train others
