About the role

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve functional abilities in patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in using various therapeutic equipment and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$40 to $50 per hour.

40 hours per week.
