What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve functional outcomes
- Assess patients’ needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
