About the role
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will create, communicate, and implement each patient’s individualized care plan, using equipment and exercises to support progress. The OT will consistently update medical records and provide reports as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan.
- Utilize equipment and exercises to support patient progress.
- Consistently update medical records.
- Provide reports when necessary.
Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills—active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities.

- Location: Old Bridge, New Jersey
- Duration: 13 weeks

- Shift: 5 × 8 days
