Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Weekends | St. Luke's Rehab

About the role

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide care for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. With over 80 hospital locations and more than 11,000 employees nationwide, our teams collaborate to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, planning and implementing age‑appropriate treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
• Contribute to the further development of occupational therapy services.
• Maintain flexibility to meet system needs across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Schedule

Applicants must be available for orientation and onboarding Monday through Friday, even though the position primarily involves weekend work.
