Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Weekend Days | Golden Rehab

About the role

The position will float between both outpatient and inpatient settings. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide care to our diverse patient population at PAM Health.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the system within various facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in occupational therapy.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
