We are seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTs) to work at multiple locations in Texas, including Windemere at Westover Hills (San Antonio), Sorrento (San Antonio), Coronado at Stone Creek (San Antonio), and Sundance Inn HC (New Braunfels). Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Review patient records for diagnoses, medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care in accordance with state practice act.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment programs to patients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
