About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and adapting to our unique environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Develop and enhance occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Adapt to the diverse needs of patients across various facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in using occupational therapy techniques and equipment.
