Occupational Therapist / OT - PRN

About the role

Continuum Therapy Partners (CTP) is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist / OT at Menomonee Falls Health Care Center in Menomonee Falls, WI / Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
