Compensation

We offer a Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV) compensation model that rewards productivity while ensuring fairness, transparency, and growth, without compromising consistent patient care.

Schedule

• Four 9‑hour days with a half‑day Friday
• Four 10‑hour days for a longer weekend

What You’ll Do

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones
• Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play‑based activities
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well‑rounded care

Requirements

• Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Active Texas OT license
• A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun
• Physical ability to move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
• Comfort transitioning between sitting, standing, kneeling, and other positions
• Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
