About the role
PACE is where occupational therapy shines. You will work with elderly participants over months and years, helping them maintain independence in their homes and communities through adaptive strategies, home modifications, cognitive interventions, and caregiver education. Unlike acute settings where you see patients briefly, PACE allows you to build genuine therapeutic relationships and witness the long-term impact of your clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment for PACE participants
- Focus on ADL training, fall prevention, home safety assessments, cognitive maintenance, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver education
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a community-based model that prioritizes holistic, person-centered care

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current or eligible for Pennsylvania OT license
- NBCOT certification
- Interest in geriatric care and community health
- New graduates welcome
All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type. Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors.
