About the Role
PACE offers a unique opportunity for occupational therapists to build long-term relationships with elderly participants, helping them maintain independence in their homes and communities through adaptive strategies, home modifications, cognitive interventions, and caregiver education. Unlike acute settings, PACE allows you to witness the long-term impact of your clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment for PACE participants.
- Focus on ADL training, fall prevention, home safety assessments, cognitive maintenance, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Deliver caregiver education.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a community-based model that prioritizes holistic, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current or eligible for Pennsylvania State OT license.
- NBCOT certification.
- Interest in geriatric care and community health.
- New graduates are welcome.

Pay
All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience, and employment type. Rate ranges include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors.
