Occupational Therapist - OT/OTR - Full Time

About the Role

Full-time split Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments. The successful candidate will split time between two facilities located in Dexter and Hartland. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between the two facilities on the same day.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Ensure good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) license or license-eligible to practice in the state of employment.

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr - $38/hr.
