You’ll partner closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, high-impact care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional status, including mobility, strength, coordination, communication, and ability to perform daily activities
- Assess home environments to identify safety risks and recommend modifications or adaptive equipment
