About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to assist patients with debilitating conditions in improving daily living skills within their homes.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Enhance motor functions through targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Help patients compensate for functional losses to improve independence.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Preferred experience in home health and Medicare settings.
• At least one year of experience (flexibility based on prior background and leadership approval).
