About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized therapy services to support patients' comfort, function, and dignity at the end of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ functional status, home environment, and developing individualized care plans.
• Teaching daily living skills, fabricating splints, and instructing in adaptive equipment use.
• Providing patient and caregiver education, participating in discharge planning, and supporting care transitions.
• Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
