Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time Split Locations

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time SPLIT Occupational Therapist (OTR) at our locations in Canal Fulton, Ohio, and Canton, Ohio. The position offers a flexible schedule, including options for Part-time or PRN work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Assess patients' functional abilities and needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate patients' unique needs

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
