Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time Split Locations

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time SPLIT Occupational Therapist (OTR) at our locations in Aurora, Ohio and Stow, Ohio. The position offers a flexible schedule, including options for Part-time or PRN work.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve function in patients with various disabilities and injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and other relevant software.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
