Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time Ingham, MI

About the role

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the Ingham, MI area. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, and providing skilled occupational therapy interventions to help patients improve independence with everyday activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional goals
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
• Help patients improve independence with everyday activities
• Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
