Occupational Therapist (OT) - FT | Beaumont Rehab

About the role

PAM Health operates over 80 hospital locations and employs more than 11,000 people nationwide, caring for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care, plan and implement age‑appropriate treatment programs according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System, contribute to the further development of services, and remain flexible to meet system needs across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an inpatient hospital setting
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs in an age‑appropriate manner for individual patients
• Apply the principles and practices of occupational therapy within the PAM Health System
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services
• Maintain flexibility to meet the needs of the system across many different facilities
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
