About the role
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. They implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities, educate patients and their families on daily living activities, document patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and families on daily living activities
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Current valid state OT licensure or registration
- Current valid CPR certification
