Occupational Therapist (OT)
Position Summary
The primary function of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patients, physicians, and therapy goals within a skilled nursing facility setting. Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved levels of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modifications.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current and valid license granted from state of employment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software
Shifts & Wages
- Full-Time Opportunities Available
- Shifts Needed: Varies
- Wage: $39.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
