Occupational Therapist (OT)

At Powerback, we're dedicated to improving lives through physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. We serve older adults in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Our mission is to provide essential therapy for children and ensure that our team delivers personalized care wherever it's needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans
• Deliver occupational therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as individuals
• Find joy in the variety of work and settings
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals
• Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice
