About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence while addressing the whole patient. You train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity, collaborate with peers, and make referrals as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $47.00 per hour. Up to USD $3,000 sign-on incentive available.
