Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs

- Address the whole patient

- Make referrals to help patients
- Train patients and caregivers on skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
