Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at Powerback, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. Your role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy. You're a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as individuals. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and enjoy the variety of work and settings. You're a teammate who collaborates with peers and refers to help when necessary. You're a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on the skills needed for independence and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- A valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
Pay
USD $41.00 - USD $53.00 /Hr.
