Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll plan and deliver individualized care to help Participants maintain or regain independence in daily activities. You’ll use your expertise to assess needs, recommend adaptive equipment, and design treatment programs — supporting Participants in our centers, their homes, or other healthcare settings. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and enjoys solving problems while working closely with a supportive care team.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans
- Recommend and provide adaptive and durable medical equipment to support safe, independent daily living
- Document all treatments and Participant progress accurately in medical records
- Teach Participants, family members, and caregivers how to safely use adaptive equipment and improve functional skills
- Plan and lead restorative and wellness programs
- Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including centers, Participant homes, skilled nursing facilities, or hospitals
- Communicate Participant changes to the care team to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings

Hourly Wage
Starting at $45.00 /hr.
Schedule
First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.
Requirements
- Must hold a current OT license within the state you are practicing in
- Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
Physical Requirements
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours
- Subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting participants and equipment
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle
- Subject to frequent interruptions
Education and Experience
- Must have a current OT license within the state you are practicing in
- Experience with the frail or elderly population preferred, but not required — training and support provided
- Demonstrate clinical competency with the geriatric population
