Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities

Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Scheduling Flexibility: Provide flexible scheduling for patient care and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adapt to changing situations and work well within a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication for clear interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Geriatric Experience: Prior experience working with elderly patients and understanding their unique needs.
• Medicare Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
