Occupational Therapist, OT

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Selma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, daily activities, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on managing disabilities and improving independence.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and modify treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the practice state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
