Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home-based settings

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
• Active Certification from the NBCOT
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
